Where is my Order?

I could not or did not choose to charge my card automatically, so what happens now?

The order is received by us in "pending" status, which means that manual processing is required by our sales staff. This allows us to input your order into our files and check it against your prior orders or registrations. In this way we can make sure that you are getting what you need. Your order will be processed during business hours and a confirmation email will be sent once the order is complete. If we need additional information from you or have additional questions regarding the order, we may contact you first by email or phone.
