Worth a Thousand Words

A picture can indeed make all the difference: wake up the audience, illuminate a point, illustrate the geography, define a point in history... just what you need to shake off summer doldrums.guess

Anyone care to guess who is in this picture and when and where it was taken?

Of course, nowadays it's relatively easy to find pictures on the internet, if you know what you are looking for. But in Accordance the PhotoGuide pictures are linked to the people, the history, and the Scripture references as well as the places. The Atlas and Timeline are completely interactive and fully customizable: just highlight a name in the Bible or a tool, and find it instantly on either resource, or the reverse. You can even project the animated routes or a 3-D image that lets you move around it at will. Check out Dr. J.'s podcast on the Graphics DVD Bundle.

These items are on sale through July, and are combined in the Graphics Bundle for even bigger savings. These are our most popular add-ons, invaluable for everyone from the Homeschooler or Sunday school teacher through to the professor who teaches any Bible subject.

In addition we have special savings on three other modules with images: the Accordance Gallery of Bible Art with its classical Bible illustrations, the Holman Book of Biblical Charts, Maps, & Reconstructions with high quality images from Holman books and Bibles, and the Biblical World in Pictures with the annotated slide set from the Biblical Archaeological Society.

Beyond the actual text itself, The atlas and timeline are in my opinion the most valuable Accordance tools for college/seminary teaching. I use them regularly in my NT class.

Yes, I am sitting on the step (no head for heights).
