Not sure if this would help, but do you know the keyboard shortcut for switching between an application's open windows?</p>
<p>CMD-`</p>
<p>(This is the key to the left of the number 1 key on your standard keyboard.)</p>
<p>This allows you to quickly bounce between two Accordance windows, just like CMD-Tab allows you to switch between apps.</p>

(Actiually, the separate program ends up being better as I can quickly switch to it by clicking it's icon in the dock).

I've done them differently so you can now see them larger when you click on them, but these are apparently the largest size Wes posted.
