For now you can transfer the User Notes file between computers (user/Documents/Accordance files), as long as you do it every time. You could keep a flash drive with your latest copy and update it each time you work on it.

I use Accordance on both my Macbook and iMac daily, and it's a constant frustration that my User Notes don't sync between the two. I use the user notes to type my own translations from the Greek. If I work on that while I'm out (at theological college) and then want to keep working on it at home (on my desktop), it just doesn't work.
