We all look forward to the next leap forward.  I personally do not use the Atlas mainly because the navigation is so poor.  Please, oh! please add azoom scroll based on the mouse wheel of pinch movement and a pan based on a click and hold mouse scroll wheel and an appropriate hand gesture.  Not being able to easily navigate a map is utterly frustrating.

You could use superscripts for verse numbers. You could have paragraphs with first sentence indents. You could choose bold or italics for reference citations. You could have poetry export correctly without the seemingly random carriage returns.
