<p>Thanks for the tips. &nbsp;It helps us use this awesome - but at times almost overwhleming - tool.</p>

That's how I often use the TOC.  if I'm using it to browse the tool, I'm often starting at the top, which would naturally open the TOC at the beginning. Would they wonder why the Contents would never open to the beginning?</p>
