LSJ -- Big Liddell and Scott σπεύδω, Something left out?

In looking at LSJ today for σπεύδω it appears to me that something was left out. I have inserted spaces to make this clear. There is major category I, followed by b; but then a jump to meanings 6 and 7 with no 2, 3, 4, or 5. Was the middle of the entry somehow cut out?

I was pretty sure it wasn't FamLect, because my mum wouldn't have been for that, and UKLect would have been my guess because she was such and Anglophile, and Australia was VERY British in her day. Glad to educate people on the English language

skewiff is a word I grew up with in the UK. Parents and grandparents used it. something that was said - but I have never seen it written before.
