Anson
I have Accordance 8.3.3 running on OSX 10.6.1. I installed BDB Complete 1.0 from the Primary 8.1 DVD and I'm trying to upgrade it to 2.0 via the "Check Updates" tool. The update tool downloads the module without problems, but halts in the middle of the installation process saying: "Error installing modules" Any idea what's wrong? Joel Brown
Have other modules installed ok in the past? Do you perhaps keep your BDB Complete in a different location than within the Accordance folder? Also, is your Accordance folder on your main (boot) hard drive or on an external? Yeah, other modules install fine. My BDB Complete (and also BDB) are located on on internal hard drive at: /Accordance folder/Modules/Tools/ Is there some kind of error log that I can enable to diagnose the problem? Helen Brown
Normally the updates are downloaded to and unstuffed in ~/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/AccordanceUpdates/ Please check and see if the module is there. If so, you can replace your module manually.
