JohnO
I was compelled by Apple to do a clean install of Lion. I want to reinstall Accordance. I own version 9. (I came via version 7 to 8 to 9) The installer on my CD won't run (version 7) Version 9 install wants to know where the modules are in this endless loop. The atlas is downloading. How do I install? Helen Brown
I would prefer to screenshare to see exactly what is where on your hard drive. If you are in an endless loop of where is... the module, you probably have the previous preferences but not the previous folder with your modules, or you have Accordance folders in both the user and the hard drive Library/Application Support/. Helen, Per a call with Apple this morning, I am starting all over. My documents are being copied to an external drive. I will reinstall 9.4 per Keith's instructions in tech support this morning.
