Delineate search hits graphically

Hello,

 

I would like to know if the hits within a search result pane could be graphically delineated; maybe simply an alternating pattern between sequential hits. This would be handy when I increase the context to look at the surrounding text for each hit and the search results look like one contiguous display of verses instead of a display of verses separated by their underlying search hit. Often when I increase context to dig deeper, I'll forget to keep tack of the verse references to the left and move from one hit to another without realizing it. It is surprising how often the text around one search result can flow into the next and appear reasonable while doing it! This is not a killer, but it would be handy. Blessings.
