jkdoyle
I'm wondering if there is a way to using detail analysis (either concordance or pie chart) how specific Hebrew or Greek words are translated in a specific version, such as the NIV, NRSV, ESV, etc.For example, can I do an analysis on how the Hebrew qahal is used in the NIV, NRSV, ESV, etc.?
Joel Brown
Yes you can! Simply search for the key number related to the greek or hebrew word, either by knowing/finding and entering the number, or typing in the transliteration. In my case, I did a search for [KEY qahal]. After running your search, go to the little Bar Chart looking icon and select Pie Chart or one of our other analytics. Finally, be sure to change the popup menu to 'Word' to see how the key number was used. If you want to do this search across many translations, you can set them up with their own Pie Charts, and use the LINK command so they mirror your primary tab's search. See my attachment for an example of how this could look:
