The Oxford Hebrew Bible Project

"The Oxford Hebrew Bible will be a new critical edition of the Hebrew Bible featuring a critical text, apparatus, and text-critical introduction and commentary. Each book of the Hebrew Bible will be addressed in a separate volume, published by Oxford University Press, with a single volume each for the Minor Prophets, the Megillot, and Ezra-Nehemiah. This project represents a departure from the other major textual editions (the Biblia Hebraica Quinta and the Hebrew University Bible), which are diplomatic editions."

What's a "diplomatic" edition?

Here is a set of definitions: http://www.ualberta....urse/editns.htm

While this page concerns medieval and latter manuscripts, the definitions are still pertinent.

Have any volumes been published yet?

It looks fantastic, I would be interested in this too… if i could read hebrew or if a fresh english translation were included… the notes look very in depth.

Looks great, but appears to be years away (and this thread started > 6 years ago). Perhaps it will appear gradually in separate volumes, like BHQ and the Göttingen Septuagint.
