Update for Collected Works of John Frame?

I just received my hardcopy of John Frame's Doctrine of the Word of God. I was wondering if this was going to be added to the Collected Works of John Frame for Accordance at some point in time?

We do plan to update the Frame collection, in time, as Bits and Bytes provides updates. But, the next vol. is supposed to cover apologetics so it won't be there.

  • 6 years later...

I've just purchased Vol. 1 of John Frame's works, which includes his Doctrine of the Knowledge of God and Doctrine of God.

I'd really like to get his Doctrine of The Christian Life and Doctrine of the Word of God to complete the series, as his Systematic Theology and his History of Philosophy. I've got his Apologetics as an ebook in another format, but if it was bundled with the others I wouldn't mind.

All these are available on Logos, so I hope that Accordance will catch up soon!

Thanks

I just noticed that Accordance's Rick Bennett said that further John Frame works would be added 7 years ago, so I guess I won't hold my breath. Humm... How much is Logos?

The problem is that the original conception was a multi-volume 'digital' collection (originally released on CD), which was not successful, and the publisher abandoned it. It was then left up to us to renegotiate terms for the individual titles. We do plan to acquire more titles from P&R, but we have just had many other titles that have been put ahead of this in terms of user requests and overall priority.
