Donald Stidwell
Here's my page. I'm mainly using different Bible versions. I do a daily radio program in Spanish, so I have two Spanish versions open. I have the NIV and the ESV open, then use the KJV Strong's for a quick reference to what the original word is. Tim Archer Spanish-Speaking Ministries Coordinator Herald of Truth Ministries Tim - not directly related to this thread, but I also speak Spanish and am involved in the Spanish ministry at my church. The RVR60 Accordance text I have, as that's the only Spanish text we use in our church, but I also use the NVI and LBLA (in a Windows-based study program) at home for comparison purposes, but I'm not at all familiar with the DHH you show. What translation is that? Also I note you have notes shown as VPEE. What is that? I would like to expand my Spanish Accordance modules, but don't really want to buy the complete Spanish version of Accordance. David Voth
I also have some Spanish Bibles in Accordance, including DHH. DHH stands for Dios Habla Hoy, the module is in the Spanish Compubiblia package. VPEE refers to the study Bible notes for Dios Habla Hoy. I'm not at all familiar with Dios Habla Hoy. Can the modules from the Compubiblia be installed in the English Accordance 8? I really don't want to have the interface in Spanish since English is my native language, but I'd like the extra resources of Compubiblia. Helen Brown
I split this thread into a new topic. The Compubiblia para Mac CD is currently unavailable. We do hope to make these resources available again soon for our users and the Spanish market. In the meantime the only Spanish versions we can offer are the RVR60, LBLA and more recently, the NVI. Timothy Archer
Sorry, Don. I hadn't noticed the new post. The Dios Habla Hoy (DHH) is also known as the Versi
Roger
Helen, any word on when the Compubiblia (or whatever the new Spanish versions will be called) will be available again? I was wondering why Accordance does not have any language localizations available. Is it as simple as getting someone to translate the menus correctly? Or is it intricately more complicated that that? Do you need several of us to pitch in had help with the localization files? Thanks for the information! Helen Brown
Actually we are preparing a system for easy localization right now, so hope to have a Spanish version of 8 next year, as well as release the Compubiblia texts.
