problem after quit from full screen

Can anyone confirm this problem?

 

After I quit the full screen mode by clicking "ESC", the screen look like below:

 

I can not see the full screen and quit buttons.

 

 

Edit:

I cannot reproduce it always.

I saved the workspace and reopened it.

After quit from the full screen, this time the problem is in the bottom. The window does not fit the screen.

I have had a similar problem.

 

My window gets clipped even more than yours did.

 

I have not figured out why it happens.

 

However each time it happens I have been successful in recovering by selecting the lower corner of the window and resizing it making the window smaller and when I do that the entire window pops back into view.
