You searched on the key number which means Heth and which was applied in this text (basically following Strong) to only 12 words, the name Heth or the compound son(s) of Heth and a few occurrences of Hittite. Hittite in JPS mostly translates Strong's H2850, the Hebrew word Hitti.

The concordance at present concords the English hit words found in your search, so it adds all the other places where Heth or Hittite are found, no matter what the key number is on those words. Thankfully, in version 11, you can now go to Set Concordance Display and add the Key number to each line. This will help you identify the Hebrew word behind each occurrence.

The number is parentheses is the number of hits found in your search for each form.
