Ploni
If I try to minimize Accordance my main window goes down to the dock area but my resource palette and library window remain visible. If I want to minimize the whole program I have to exit there separately. Surely there is an easier way?
R. Mansfield
Hold the option key down when clicking on the yellow minimize button. This will minimize all open windows in the program. The resource palette will disappear as soon as you begin using a different program. I tend not to minimize programs when I want to switch to something else, though. I think a better practice is to hide them which can be achieved by Command-H. This will also keep your dock from filling up with multiple icons if you have a number of active windows open in a program. All of the above is standard to the Mac interface. Tim Hall
Another great way to keep everything clear is to use Spaces.
