Consistent Hang With Updating of Content

Hey –

 

The last several times I've updated content on my MacBook Air, Accordance has hung and I've had to force-quit. The content updated correctly. The program just hung there, not responding.

 

The Mac mini updates without hanging.

 

Both machines are running OS 10.9.1 & Accordance 10.3.3.

 

I've reported this here, but it may be my problem since it only occurs on one machine. Everything else works just fine on both computers.

I've had issues with Accordance crashing when installing the content updates. It downloads OK but when it tries to reboot it fails, then asks me to recover when I start it. If I try to recover it fails so I have to cancel instead.

 

Is this possibly a problem with one of the workspaces?

Steve: please give details of the Accordance version, hardware and system you are running.

I've got a MBA 1.7 GHz i7 (2 cores) 8G RAM 512 G SSD;

and Mac mini 2.3 GHz i7 (4 cores) 16G RAM 1.128 T Fusion Drive.

 

Both are running OS 10.9.1; Accordance 10.3.3..

 

I updated content last night with no hangs. Accordance behaved normally. That was the first time in a long time I hadn't needed to force quit Accordance. I'm not aware that I did anything differently.

Sorry forgot to include the version info.

 

Accordance 10.3.3 and OS 10.8.5

 

mid 2010 MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel 2 Core. 4Gb RAM
