Unnecesary scrollbar in construct window

Hi ya,

 

Mac 10.4.0.

 

This is a minor issue but I noticed it first in connection with another issue (http://www.accordancebible.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=12259).

 

If I have a construct window open and then open another pane above it, say an analysis tab. The construct window shrinks and a scroll bar appears on the pane with the construct elements on the left. If I then resize the construct zone up a bit the scroll bar becomes unnecessary but it remains. Here's an image of it which will hopefully clarify what I'm getting at :
