Nice little voice over studio Dr. J.

Is that a vintage RE-20 ?

Rack looks good, pretty nice selections there.

It is easy to spend money on studio gear quickly isn't it-smile.

Blessings and again, thanks for all you do to help us.

[Chuckle] Yes, my wife is in despair over my equipment fetish—and Helen, bless her heart, has made me promise not to add any equipment for awhile. (sigh ) Anyway, yes, that is a vintage RE-20.

I route my voice from the RE-20, through the Avalon and into the Focusrite Saffire 55 A/D. The only thing I really need to add is a noise gate, as the RE-20 requires so much gain the tube preamp in the Avalon gets a little hissy.

Thanks for listening!

[chuckle] No, that cup is for my highlighters. My coffee cup is always in my hand—and lower than any of the electronic equipment! :D

Tim -
Thanks for all of your excellent podcasts. Although I have been a long-time Accordance user (since GramCord days), I have found them very helpful both for myself and my students.

I am curious about how you produce the podcasts and found this thread. I am interested in the software set-up you use.

I am developing an on-line course with PowerPoint slides on a Blackboard web site and coordinated with an audio podcast that I make with GarageBand. But I am intrigued with the combination of video and audio that is central to your work. I can see the graphics and text in Keynote or PPT. But I am especially curious about what you use for the video flow of the podcast, including the work that you demonstrate in Accordance on screen.

Thanks again for your productions!
