abe
I see that the catholic collection cd is being remastered. What new things will we see in the new remastered Catholic Collection CD? I would like to see the following added some time: (I am not a catholic but I would still like to see the following two works) The Sources of Catholic Dogma by Henry Denzinger and Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma by Ludwig Ott These two books are excellent resources for what the Catholic church teaches. Also the Catholic Encyclopedia would be great to see in Accordance. Any comments? -abe
Helen Brown
Sorry, we don't have these two, and we're not ready yet to announce the CD-ROM, but we expect it to be very soon.
Cathy Gramze
I just got the new Catholic Collection, advanced. I do love it, and I offer my sincere thanks for it. I really wanted the Practice of the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence, and now I have it. The collection does seem to have one glaring omission, though. There is no Catholic Bible commentary. Would it be possible to get a Catholic commentary, such as the Collegeville Bible Commentary from Liturgical Press, as a module or added to the Catholic Collection? Matthew Henry is very nice, and I even have him in the 1-volume set in paper, but I need a commentary with a Catholic rather than Protestant perspective. I'm sure you understand why I find Matthew Henry or any other Protestant commentary lacking in, for example, their commentary on Matthew 16:17.
