VoiceOver is a screen reader (speaks text aloud and allow navigation for the blind) built into OS X Tiger and Leopard. I know your Accordance application was (perhaps still is ) Carbon based, but can you either add APIs for VoiceOver or go to Cocoa which will allow VoiceOver to function in Accordance?
