Robert N
I noticed that if i order something I already own, the store doesn't know that I already own it. It would be an improvement for the website store to let me know that I own it as the Logos and Wordsearch stores do. The better of those two schema's, in my opinion, is Logos'. I also noticed that the sales prices do not show up in my wishlist... having that information displayed in the wishlist would also be helpful. This might increase sales as it would bring the sales price to the user's attention. Another idea that just came to mind would be to offer a minor additional discount to a wishlist item when a user looks at their wishlist. Abram K-J
The first thing you mention is in place and should be working properly, but anything you own has to be "linked" to your account, so if you installed something from a CD-ROM but didn't "register" it with Accordance, the store won't know you own it. Otherwise, if you're having issues, it's not to be expected, as this feature is already in place. But just to be sure--it only kicks in once you add something to your cart. Is this what you're doing? Agreed about the wishlist--that used to be in place, I think, but fell off at some point. It's been requested and discussed on the forums--I hope Accordance can fix it soon. You're right, it would certainly help them as the holiday (shopping) season approaches.
