Printing to PDF - text clipped at bottom

I don't know if this is an Accordance issue or an OSX issue.

Printing to PDF clips the text at the bottom of some pages.

I'm attaching a sample here (see pages 3 and 5).

 

My print settings were:

0.5" for all margins

0.25" for pane separation

No options checked

Single line spacing

 

Using Accordance 9.1.1 on OSX 10.6.5.
