Ken Han
1. If a word/paragraph/sentence - anything, really - has more than one highlight styles applied to it, it becomes very difficult to remember which highlights have been applied. It probably isn't a problem if a user has only a few highlight styles, but where a user has many styles, and if the styles are not radically different from one another, it gets harder. I'd love the instant details to show which highlight styles have been applied. 2. On a related note, "Clear Highlight" clears ALL highlight styles. There needs to be a way to see which highlight styles have been applied (#1 above), and then selectively remove only the styles I want, not all. Darin Franklin
Maybe the Highlight palette could show the styles that are in effect for the selection. Then you could toggle them individually. Here, the word "believed" is selected, and it has two styles applied.
Steve King
Both of Ken's suggestions would certainly improve highlighting. So a thumbs up from me.
