John L Rutherford
Hi, When I pull up a reference tool - let's say Acts (McGarvey) and type Acts 3 in the search window it pulls up the references in Acts 3 highlighted in red - except that the last hit appears on my screen and all of the earlier hits are above it further up the page. i.e. It picks up on the last hit first and displays that one. It used to display the first one and then the rest below. What has changed? If I search for a piece of text, say 'hope' I get them in the correct order - from the beginning of the commentary to the end. So why are searches under references reversed? This is happening for my other reference tools - EBC, Pillar etc. Any help is much appreciated, Thanks.
Helen Brown
The search is not reversed, Accordance is just taking you to the last hit, and you can use the Mark button to go to the others. While we intend for it to do so when you link from a verse in a text, so that it shows you the comment on that text, we did not intend this to happen when you search for a reference like a chapter. This is corrected in the upcoming release.
