August 9th's chronological daily devotional selection is Jeremiah 23:9-40; Jeremiah 27:1-28:17. My Macbook states these add up to 71 verses but my iPad states 75 verses.

The iPad adds Jer. 23:8, 24:1, 26:24, and 29:1 but my accordance "show context" is set to none.

The iPad has Accordance 1.3 and the MacBook has Accordance 9.4.1.

I get 71 verses when I do this search in ESVi with Accordance for iOS v1.3. I would double check the Show Context search option to make sure it is truly set to None. Looks like it is set to 1 in your search.

Oops. I thought "show context" in the search settings was how you set this. I didn't realize that there's another set of options that appears when you perform a search (with an "add context" default of 1).

Sorry for the false alarm!

Is it possible that this default (or feature) was changed (or added) from version 1.2? I didn't remember this happening before.

The search setting value is the default used in new text search views. It should also be set to this default value when you clear a previous search result by tapping on the book icon. That it was set to something else without you explicitly doing that is likely a bug. If you can reproduce it please let me know.

Scott.
