Couple of syncing issues

I have sync'd the IVP New Bible Dictionary but the pictures do not display on the iPad. I get 'arrows' but when I select them nothing happens. I have not noticed this on any other resource.

 

I am also having trouble syncing Mounce Basics of Biblical Greek 3. It gets half-way through syncing then quickly finishes and says it is done. However it does not appear on the iPad.

 

Any help appreciated.

iOS version

Mac app version

Mac OS X version

Versions of the modules that are not syncing.

iOS version is 5.1 (although now updating to 5.1.1 this morning)

The IVP New Bible Dictionary has not been updated to support showing picture thumbnails (and even some of the pictures) in the iOS app. I don't have any information on when this update may occur.

 

As for Mounce, are you able to install it successfully via Easy Install, or does it fail there also? One thing you might try is to quit the iOS app completely, then enable the "Clear Downloads Cache" switch in the Accordance section of the iOS Settings app, and the relaunch the app and try again.

Thanks for the info on the New Bible Dictionary.

 

I have tried clearing the cache and it makes no difference. I also tried easy install and Mounce does not appear. I tried clearing the cache again and then easy install but still no Mounce appears in the list of resources.
