Charles Grebe
Hi. I was applying the standard updates that show up weekly. Everything downloaded fine but it stopped working on installation - the progress bar remained in its looping cycle for a long time. Accordance was unresponsive so I had to force quit (I'm running Accordance 10 on a Windows 7 PC). Upon restarting Accordance is messed up - windows missing, intermittently unresponsive etc. How do I repair this and get back to an original state. thanks, Charles
Anthony Sepulveda
Hi Charles, Have you already updated to the latest 10.x version of Accordance?

Joel Brown
Charles, you may need to restart the program using the task manager. When doing the updates, sometimes its a bit more successful if you only do 15-20 max at a time. If you shift-click a checkbox, it will deselect or select all of them, which may help when processing them individually.
Charles Grebe
Hi Joel. I tried restarting the program (and the computer). Accordance will launch ok but there are blank white spaces where there should be windows and after a couple of minutes of trying to use it it freezes up. I'd like to do a clean reinstall. What's the best way to do that?
Anthony Sepulveda
The first thing to try is to uninstall only the program, keeping the modules intact. Accordance asks you about it when you try to uninstall it. You can do a clean reinstall from there. Let's see what happens.
