Import User Tool hangs at one place or another with multiple workspaces open

Hi ya,

 

Win 10.4.2.2 production on Win 7.

 

If I have multiple workspaces open and I try to create a new user tool by importing, it will hang at one or another of the dialog boxes. At that point I have to kill it with the Task Manager as any dialog buttons that might be present are unresponsive. The test file I am using can be correctly imported if I have just a single workspace window open.
