detaching AND reattaching tabs/zones

Because the awesome Zones are arranged via drag and drop, I'd like to see some type of mouse gestures be used to "detach tab".

 

2 suggestions:

 

1. A triple-click of the tab/top bar would detach it to its own window

2. Dragging and dropping the tab off of the workspace would open it in its own window.

 

Secondly, it would be cool if a window could be added to a zone of a workspace. Perhaps drag and drop would be the best way, or a contextual menu click on the top bar of a window could give one the option to add it to a workspace.

 

The reasoning for all of this:

 

In a detailed workspace, your zones may get pretty small. Having a quick way to "maximize" a zone for a few minutes, then put it back in the zone, would make a workflow that much easier.

 

 

The developers may want to expand the idea to something like "zooming in" on a zone. Essentially, a zone would temporarily take up the whole workspace, then when a user is done with the "zoomed in" zone, it'd go back to its regular size. You could even add a little expand/contract effect (kind of like pages/keynote when choosing a template). Perhaps a little magnifying glass icon could appear on each menubar/tab for the "zoom in/zoom out" affect.
