Ken Simpson Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 So it seems. Amazon lists a 1990 version (as well as the 1983 version) but I don't know what differences there are between the 2. It may just be a repub of the same book. Interestingly, the citation that you get from NIDBA is simply "Article Name" NIDBA, n.p. Which wouldn't be sufficient as a citation anywhere I know.
