American Church History Bundle

This afternoon I purchased the new "American Church History Bundle" which should include three titles (American Church Dictionary and Cyclopedia, A History of American Christianity, and America’s Governmental and Cultural Heritage). However, Easy Install only added the American Church Dictionary and Cyclopedia to my library. How do I get the other two titles?

Were the other two titles listed in Easy Install for you?

 

History of American Christianity (American Christianity) and America's Governmental & Cultural Heritage (American Heritage) will be found under General Tools in your library; American Church Dictionary & Cyclopedia (American Church) will be found under English Tools.

Easy Install listed the "American Church History Bundle" for downloading, but only the the American Church Dictionary and Cyclopedia was added to my library. The other two titles do not show up in the "General Tools" folder. I've tried this on two different Macs and the same thing happened both times.

Perhaps you already owned the other two modules (they are in the Bible Study Collection and were in many Library levels) and so you only needed to buy the one new one. The Dictionary is in English tools.

I thought America’s Governmental and Cultural Heritage was brand new and not included elsewhere, either before or now. I'm not sure why that particular one wouldn't show in Easy Install, as you mention.

Helen found the problem—the two items that did not download had been previously installed. I thought the "American Church History Bundle" was an item that was new to the market—I didn't realize that two of the books had been included in other packages I'd purchased before.
