chaplanger Posted December 28, 2006 Share Posted December 28, 2006 Using the Basilisk II documentation I have produced aliases for Accordance -- I have placed one in the start-up folder so that it automatically launches when the emulator is started. Periodically this fails and instead of starting I get an error message - "The alias "Accordance 6.1.68k.demo alias" could not be opened because the original item could not be found.' This now happens from the alias on the desktop and from the one within the Accordance folder each and every time they are accessed to start the program. When this occurs the program will only launch from the non alias program icon within the Accordance folder. I have trashed these "broken" aliases and created new ones -- which now work without fail, but so did the others when first created. Any ideas why this might be happening? Any suggested fixes?
