johnlee Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 When I use "Easy Install" or "Content Updates", I can login and see the list of downloadable modules. But when I click "download", the download process bar won't begin and after a while, a error of "Internet connection timeout" will pop up. For reference, I have changed my login name previously, but I have already logged out and logged in again with my new login ID in "Easy Install". Thank you! In my office's network, they have updated the firewall setting, and it caused this problem, while I can download these updates in another network.
