enbrown14 Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 I hope someone can help. I changed some preferences, and now my opening panel is blank even though it says BHS-4. Helen Brown Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 You have probably set the Preferences: Search window to open to a search for words rather than verses. The latter opens with an asterisk and displays all the text. The former opens with a blank window where you can imediately enter your search. Helen Brown Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 The text pane is empty because the search criteria at the top have no results in the BHS-W4. This could be because the search text is the GNT-T, or because you are not searching for any words or verses, or because it is not finding the words or verses that you are searching (but then you would get an error message). You may have saved this window as your default startup session, which explains why Accordance opens with it. Please either upload a screenshot of the window or contact me directly (send me a message) so that I can contact you and see what is happening.
