dwimmer
I read about the crossgrades in the latest newsletter. I have the IVP Reference Library, but am wondering what is in the upgrade. I looked on the site, but didn't see any information what the upgrades entailed. Diane

dwimmer
The page about Crossgrades is here. Thanks Helen. I found that page....but it doesn't tell you what the upgraded consists of. Before I put out $39 for an upgrade, I would be interested in what I am getting. Does it have additional modules, or additions to current modules, etc?? Thanks, Diane
Helen Brown
Crossgrades are not upgrades! This page is about switching from the PC version of the same or similar product to the Accordance version. In the case of IVP I think the contents are similar, but we added value in terms of fields and hypertext links. The major value is having the material accessible within Accordance and integrated with your other Accordance resources. If you already have our version of the Essential IVP Reference Library this page does not apply to you, but there will be a minor upgrade with typo corrections etc. coming soon, for $10 to those who also have Accordance 7. konanken
Once we mail in the letter how long should we expect to hear back from Accordance? I ask because I sent mine in a couple of weeks ago. Is there a bit of wait due to working with the publishers? Just curious Ken
Helen Brown
No, there should be no wait. Please call the office to ask about it.
