Intergrate notes with other software

I'd love to see integration between Olive Tree's Bible Reader and Accordance in regards to User Notes via Evernote. This would seem like a simple (?) and logical relationship (and it's free!). They complement each other well, doing the same thing on different platforms, and neither is realistically going to compete with the other. If I could have my user notes available on my Mac AND my iPhone (or, indeed, any Smartphone - BR and Evernote are both cross platform) that would be a killer feature in either app. Best thing is, as long as their was a unified tagging system, you're only having to deal with the Evernote side, the different Bible apps/platforms don't have to talk to each other directly. Plus my notes would exist in 3 places (Mac, iPhone and web, make that 4 including my back up), so my data is safe.

I think this would be a great feature, even if the notes are only synced with Evernote. Being able to access the notes in OT's Bible Reader would be a fantastic bonus.

If Accordance wanted to do this Evernote has an open API that anyone can connect to http://www.evernote.com/about/developer/. All accordance would need to do is use the Evernote Service API which has wrappers for just about ever language and sync notes using the same verse tag as Olive Tree. If a user can figure out Accordances note file format they could create utility to do the same thing. Evernote even support Apple Script.

As a new (as of Christmas :D ) iPod Touch and Olive Tree Bible Reader user, I can also say it would be wonderful if there could be some integration with Evernote.

I would imagine that full syncing would be immensely complicated given issues around fonts, Scripture links, and the pressure from some of us to include other kinds of links in User Notes.

But I would be content with the ability to import notes created with the Olive Tree Reader and stored on Evernote into my User Notes on Accordance. Being able to go the other direction (from Accordance to Evernote to Olive Tree Bible Reader) would be icing on the cake for me, but not as essential.

Having the ability to synch notes from the premier mobile Bible software app (Olive Tree's Bible Reader) to the premier computer Bible software app (Accordance) would be fabulous. For now I have been going to the Evernote website and copying and pasting the Bible Reader notes to my Accordance User Notes, but it sure would be convenient to be able to synch automatically.

I'd like to be able to see Asian fonts in Accordance too -- specifically, I'd like to be able to access Chinese language Bibles.

Also, I'd like to be able to view all the items listed in the browser with one option-click, rather than have to click each small triangle to see what's under a subheading.

Yes , I agree with your first point- there is a huge population in need of this. I am able to access all downloads here in Mainland Cn and post has been trouble free, so maybe this geographic area would benefit.
