msurtees
Is there a way to search for, let's say, "the lost" and get a report/list of the number times it appears in multiple translations? I'm a dummy so I apologize if this is easy and I've missed it. Thanks!
Mark Allison
Is there a way to search for, let's say, "the lost" and get a report/list of the number times it appears in multiple translations? I'm a dummy so I apologize if this is easy and I've missed it. Thanks! Sure! Just click and hold the "search" button on the resource palette (the one that looks like a magnifying glass) and select "all bibles". In the search area of the window that pops up type "the lost" (without quotes) and click the "ok" button or hit return. Mark PS: you're no dummy... I've seen folks who have used Accordance for years miss this powerful feature :-)
Charles Stock
One of the best reasons to regularly check the Forums is to discover overlooked gems. This post was exactly that! I have used Accordance for a few years and find that if I don't use a feature a few times, I will forget it's there. It's a very rich program! Thanks to msurtees for the question and Mark for the answer! Charles
