g-r-v Posted December 11, 2013 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Hi! I've installed Accordance on a Win7 machine, entered my account credentials and came to the download window. There, I selected my items and pressed Download. A popup window came up with no text and I just pressed OK. Waited for about half an hour. Nothing happened. Tried to check just one item, pressed Download then OK on a textless popup window. Still nothing. Tried to reopen the program and go through the same steps. Still nothing. Restarted computer. Now when I open Accordance, I get for just a few seconds "Please login to continue" window that quickly disappears before I manage to write anything in. The splashscreen, however, shows my name as the owner of the license. Clicking Utilities/Easy Install... does nothing at all, that is, nothing else opens. Any ideas on how this could be fixed?
