A blank appears when using Chinese input method

Hello,

 

When I switch to Chinese input method and start to type, there is always a blank bar appearing at the bottom.

It is an Accordance issue or a Mac issue?

 

It used to appear but not disappear. after the release of the new version, it seems that I could close the pop up bar, and sometimes it disappears automatically.

 

It is not a big problem to me so far. However, I just want to know why.
