Kit
I just did a greek search according to Dr. J's tutorial (yeah this podcast (11.1) has been a while ago) And I find that the results are different from Dr. J's where mine returns 329 hits while Dr. J's returns only 320 hits. Also when I fine tuned the hits to Part of Speech, it seems like there is something missing. May anyone explain what it means by "=1"? (please see the attachment) Thanks a lot, Chris

Kit
I just did a very simple root search of +aÓga¿ph
Λύχνις Δαν
That and open analysis tab and you get : Total number of verses = 263 (total number of verses displayed = 263)+ἀγάπη (329 total words)Number of different forms = 4: ἀγαπάω (ἀγάπη) to love = 152 ἀγάπη love; Kiss of Peace = 116 ἀγαπητός (ἀγάπη) beloved = 60 = 1 Now I only got 1 "=1" but it repros. Searching for ἀγάπ* also does this. These tests I just did were on Windows. Edit : same on Mac. Kit
Yes. when you press commond-T and sort them by Part of Speech, you will get the results I have.
Λύχνις Δαν
Yep - I can repro. that - looks like a bug to me but I can't say much more than that I'm afraid. Thx D Edited November 23, 2014 by Daniel Semler
Ken Simpson
So, if you search for the roo occurrences that aren't the second two lemmas, the ἀγαπάω one has an error. So it sort lot looks like a space or a null has been tagged with the lemma ἀγαπάω. Note the number of different forms (2) when only one lemma is displayed, Plus the “null” entry and if you unpack that by inflected forms you get Total number of verses = 111 (total number of verses displayed = 111) (152 total words) ἀγαπάω (ἀγάπη) to love = 151 ἀγαπᾷ = 12 ἀγαπᾶν = 8 ἀγαπᾷς = 2 ἀγαπᾶτε = 14 ἀγαπᾶτέ = 1 ἀγαπάτω = 1 ἀγαπηθήσεται = 1 ἀγαπήσαντος = 1 ἀγαπήσαντός = 1 ἀγαπήσας = 3 ἀγαπήσατε = 1 ἀγαπήσει = 4 ἀγαπήσεις = 10 ἀγαπήσητε = 1 ἀγαπήσω = 1 ἀγαπῶ = 5 ἀγαπῶμαι = 2 ἀγαπῶμεν = 10 ἀγαπῶν = 14 ἀγαπῶντας = 3 ἀγαπῶντι = 1 ἀγαπώντων = 1 ἀγαπῶσιν = 5 ἠγάπα = 5 ἠγαπᾶτε = 1 ἠγαπᾶτέ = 1 ἠγαπήκαμεν = 1 ἠγαπηκόσιν = 1 ἠγαπημένην = 6 ἠγαπημένοι = 5 ἠγαπημένοις = 2 ἠγαπημένῳ = 2 ἠγάπησα = 4 ἠγάπησά = 1 ἠγάπησαν = 3 ἠγάπησας = 3 ἠγάπησάς = 2 ἠγάπησεν = 11 ἠγάπησέν = 1 = 1 = 1 note the two =1 at the end. Definitely something a bit weird Edited November 23, 2014 by Ken Simpson
