sacha zemp
Hello A friend of mine wanted to buy me a gift certificate. But he refrained because it would add a 15$ shipping charge. I do not understand this. Why a shipping charge? Would a gift certificate not be anything else than a coupon code? Why shipping? Could it not be sent electronically? Is there a way to skip the shipping charges and to send the coupon electronically? Thanks for a reply. Regards Sacha Zemp
Helen Brown
Of course we do not need to charge shipping, just have him leave a note that he wants this delivered electronically. We are still working out the kinks in our new website.

sacha zemp
No sale lost. I relayed the answer to my friend, and he is trying again. The answer was really quick. Thanks a lot Helen. Sacha
