I have 10.1

When updating resources, I get this:

You're on the paid section. Click on the "free" button, and you'll probably see a lot more items to be downloaded (unless you have recently run an update).

HI Hans,
Maybe I am being a bit slow today, but what is the error? It seems to be saying that there is an update for that resource available, but that it is a paid update (which you haven't purchased yet).

Is that not correct in some way? Am I misunderstanding the issue?

I have this resource and I believe its not a paid upgrade for me.
No problems, perhaps someone of the Accordance team can look into this.

best to email sales directly about this, or call if you are in the US - but I see you are not! email them at sales AT accordancbible DOT com

Actually it's fine to post here, as it means there is an issue with the posting of the module, but we're too busy at SBL to look into it now. Please remind me in a week.

Yes, I am aware of this feature. But, I think more people are helped here as I believe more have a problem with updating.

I did check and had a download of another update, the EU-LEM still hangs.

Hans, We know that the various diacriticals and high ASCII characters are now causing problems for both the syncing to iOS and the downloading of updates. We are working on the issues and hope to have an update soon.
