Citation Methods

As the Citation feature is right now, in order to switch citation layout you have to go into the Citation Preferences and change how it formats. And every time you want the citation to be different you have to go back in and change it again. Can it be made to where you could define different citation formats and then when you choose Copy As - you would have more choices instead of just Citation, like Copy As - Citation Paragraph, or Copy As - Citation Verses, etc. I think this would stream line work flows a great deal.

This is really annoying if you do a search that yields say three verses from different books. As it stands now in order to get each verse to appear as below, you have to select and copy as citation each verse.

(Ex 29:2 KJVS) “And unleavened bread, and cakes unleavened tempered with oil, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil: of wheaten flour shalt thou make them.”

(Num 6:15 KJVS) “And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.”

(1Sam 28:24 KJVS) “And the woman had a fat calf in the house; and she hasted, and killed it, and took flour, and kneaded it, and did bake unleavened bread thereof:”

If you change the Citation Preferences to Separate verses, it separates the verses but sticks the references together like this, which if it was a block of verses in the same book is fine:

(Ex 29:2; Num 6:15; 1Sam 28:24 KJVS) “And unleavened bread, and cakes unleavened tempered with oil, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil: of wheaten flour shalt thou make them.

15 And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.

24 And the woman had a fat calf in the house; and she hasted, and killed it, and took flour, and kneaded it, and did bake unleavened bread thereof:”

So maybe what I am asking for is really two things, for an option in the Citation Preferences that not only Separates the verse content, but also the verse references, so that it is like the example above. And then the option to define these so that rather than having to change the preferences back and forth, you can choose one of say three user defined formats when you use the Copy As feature.

I know you can select the verses on screen and use the copy feature, but then you don't get the markers or the quotation marks.
