Dr. Nathan Parker
Can the iOS app access Timeline and Atlas or are they tied to the desktop app? Just curious. Thanks!
Michael J. Bolesta
Neither can be used on iOS devices at this time.
Dr. Nathan Parker
OK thanks for the info. I didn't think they could, but wanted to double check. I'll make sure to take my MacBook Pro with me when I need Atlas or Timeline access and not just my iPad. :-)
Abram K-J
I think the iPad is the perfect size/medium/device for the Timeline and Atlas, but, especially with the Atlas, I wonder how much the inherent limitations of iOS keep it from coming to the Accordance Bible Study app. Would be an impressive feat to get it into iOS, and fun to use it there. Daniel Francis
I would bet they are coming someday but we have got no word on a release.... personally better selection options are my top priority. -Dan
Dr. Nathan Parker
Accordance may have to optimize the Atlas and Timeline for iOS since some of it might be difficult to directly port to iOS. If they had an atlas with multi-touch zoom/pan/tilt controls, that'd be fun. In the meantime, at least I can fire up my Mac and enjoy the Atlas there. I need some excuses to keep my Macs around and not spend all my time on the iPad. ;-)
