sunmin Cho
Let's say, I searched "lamb" in Revelation. Then, I see hits of "lamb" in whatever color I set. Then, I search a different word, "rider,", Then, I see hits of "rider" in the same color that I set. But, by doing the second search, I just lost "lamb" hits. I only see "rider." So, I do searches like "(lamb, rider, horse) <AND> [range Rev]." The problem is, the hits of all these words appear in the same color that I set. Rider and Lamb are in the same color. They are not separated. Q1. Is there any way of assigning a different color to a different word search? Q2. Is there any way of leaving those hits in colors permanently? Every time, I click twice those hits and highlight it by hitting "command" and "8". Then those hits stay permanently in highlight. This is time-consuming. David Lang
You can assign highlight colors to all the hits found by a search by doing the search, then holding the shift key down and clicking a highlight style from the highlight palette. You can then search for a second word and shift-click a different highlight color. That way, you can very quickly highlight all occurrences of "lamb" one color, "rider" another, and "horse" a third. Hope this helps.
