Quotations in Search: Single Quote up front?

Suggestion: When using quote marks (") in a search, make the 2nd quote mark unnecessary. In other words, if one is searching for "Thou shalt not step on thy neighbor's blue suede sandals," as an alternative, one can merely put,

"Thou shalt not step on thy neighbor's blue suede sandals -- no quote mark at the end.

This would be one way of minimizing the dreaded squawk box that drops down which says,

"Verily thou hast transgressed the Laws of Accordance. Now thou must move thy mouse over to that box and operate on it to get rid of it, lest it insert something on thy search string, which then thou must needs contend with also, before thou gettest back to thy search."
