Problem with Syncing to Dropbox for some User Tools

I have updated my user tools and highlights in 10.3 and all my user tools appear to be on the IOS device (both iPad and iPhone - version 1.6.8) but some of them do not display and get the following message:

 

'The text "text name" is not currently available to Accordance.'

 

They are on dropbox and they are available on the laptop but not on IOS. When I look at the user tool library it is those that do not display the whole name which have the problem - See screen shot
