Morgan Posted November 13, 2010 Share Posted November 13, 2010 I'm really hoping I'm just missing something easy here, but hopefully someone can help... I was talking to my wife last night about John's use of the term "the world," and I decided this morning to search the Johannine Corpus for "world." I chose the "words" field in my ESVS text, and chose to search every Sentence in the Johannine Corpus. When I type "world" and hit enter I get the following message: "The current search range is inappropriate for the 'ESVS' text." Does anyone have any ideas of what I'm doing wrong here? jpkang Posted November 13, 2010 Share Posted November 13, 2010 Using a range that covered several different books in the ESVS, I had no problems doing a word search on sentences in that range... so check your range definition (click the Verify button to make sure it was entered correctly).
